Yes I am English and yes this is the Queen of my country - but seriously, anyone reading this blog will know my feelings on the royal family which I have made quite clear over the years.
Especially around the time of the royal wedding where the rest of the country went ape - I went quiet and ignored it. I must have been the only person who didn't care what she wore, turned in for five seconds once I heard it was McQueen and then went back to bed - still not caring.
So the only thing that could make me care about the Queen's Jubliee has happened - THEY ARE GIVING KARL LAGERFELD A MIKE AND LETTING HIM SPEAK ABOUT THE EVENT!!!!!!
This is comedy gold. This to remind you all - is the man who labelled Adele fat, asked if Lana Del Ray was a 'construct' from implants and said Russian men were so ugly he would become a lesbian.' (presumably if he was a woman)
This can only be gold.
Sadly on June the 3rd, he will be commenting on French TV - which means if your reading this in France or you speak French then you're in for a TV treat of epic proportions!The last time he spoke on TV - he got 5 million viewers. So you'll be in good company - with all the other people waiting for Karl's nuggets of fashion quote-able genius!
