It wasn't just their outfits under fire, but also their new track, which fans claimed sounded remarkably similar to GRL's 2013 single Ugly Heart. Twitter was awash with comments about both the band's song and outfits, with one shocked fan tweeting: 'Yep Little Mix might as well be strippers. Gosh #XFactor'. Whilst another added: 'I love little mix but what they're wearing ain't appropriate for a family show.'

They divided viewers with their raunchy return to The X Factor on Sunday night thanks to their provocative stage costumes. She added matching skirt which added a demure edge to the racy ensemble as she was joined by equally daringly dressed bandmates. She seemed in good spirits after the live results show performance, which saw the group perform their new track, Shout Out To My Ex - during which they were blasted by viewers for 'dressing like strippers'.
